Buyers are classified into 3 areas: General Buyers, OBI Buyers or Anonymous Buyers.

General Buyers
The information collected is based on the logon that you have set up and the information that you provided during that process. We may provide the seller from time to time with statistics and reports on the activities of buyers within their particular catalog, but no individual buyer will be identified. At the highest level of detail they will be aggregated to the Buyer Company level. If you provide personal information within your company name or other areas visible to the seller then that is at your discretion. Information will be provided to the seller that is necessary for them to identify and verify your provided details. This information will include (but may not be limited to) the following:

OBI Buyers
The information collected is based on your organisational logon, and you are not separately identified except in terms of the individual shopping session that you initiate. We may provide the seller from time to time with statistics and reports on the activities of buyers within their particular catalog, but no individual OBI-buyer will be identified. At the highest level of detail they will be aggregated to the Buyer Company level. If you provide personal information within your company name or other areas visible to the seller then that is at your discretion. Information will be provided to the seller that is necessary for them to identify and verify your provided details. This information will include (but may not be limited to) the following:

Anonymous Buyers
Anonymous buyers are any buyers that are not identified prior to placing an order. Information collected is limited to your activities on the site until you place an order. Your details are then provided to the seller in order for them to supply good or services. Details of the orders are retained, but information is not currently kept linking sessions, so if an anonymous buyer returns to the site, they are not identified as a returning buyer.

Cookies
The storing of cookies on buyer machines is necessary to identify a buyer during a session on a seller catalogue. These cookies currently expire within 30 minutes, so if no activity (ie. page loads) occurs within that limit, the cookie is destroyed and a new one created identifying a new session. Previous information is not retained for that new session.

What we use it for
Information is kept for monitoring, security and identification to sellers with whom you choose to set up an on-line relationship with, it is not made available to sellers that you have not setup a relationship with, nor to other 3rd parties unless if necessary to provide you with a service that you have requested. We may use this information internally to identify you for accounting, reporting or security purposes.;
